13 If your account’s free margin falls to zero, we reserve the right to close all open trades to prevent further losses.
14 Please note that deposits may take 10-30 minutes to process and reflect in your trading account. You acknowledge that you will allow sufficient time for deposits to be processed before initiating trades.
15 Withdrawal requests will be processed within 10-30 minutes, and the funds will be deducted from your trading account. However, please note that the actual transfer of funds to your bank account may take 24-48 hours.
16 We process one withdrawal request per day.
17 Withdrawal requests will only be processed if you have zero active trades. If you have active trades, you must close them before requesting a withdrawal.
